Holyrood Academy hosted a Primary cross-country fun run.
Holyrood students were on hand to assist with the warm-up before leading the runners round the course and registering the athletes as they entered the finish pens.
Thanks are due to Heidi Warren, Lily Farmer, Hattie Withers, Finlay Downes, Jack Dickenson, Harvey Evans, Alec Evans, Riley Millett, Lily Winslade, Crocus Douglass, Adam Ottley and Isaac Sutcliffe, for their sterling efforts.
A total of 207 pupils from Avishayes, Buckland, Chard, Combe, Manor Court, Neroche, Redstart and Tatworth, tackled the course, producing some competitive races and nail-biting finishes!
The first 15 home in each category are now eligible to represent the Chard cluster in the Area cross-country later this year.
