Honiton A claim victory in latest Exeter and District Over-60s Triples League encounter

The only reports I can give you this week are results of the Men’s Over60s Triples League matches, reports Tony Broughton.

The A team did well to win one rink (they lost the other), but claimed victory overall by nine shots to bank six valuable points.

The B team did not fair well at all losing both rinks and adding a further 26 shots to their deficit, just when they looked like they stood a chance of getting to second spot in Division Four! However, all is not lost as there are still four games to play.

The C Team were extremely unlucky to lose their match by a single shot. They won one rink and lost the other and so banked just two points for their single win.
