Honiton bowlers have had another successful and busy week, writes Ann Brown.
In friendly matches, Ottery St Mary were beaten 107-65, and, against Exonia, there was an 88-65 success with a top rink of Di Hawkins, Daphne Courtney, Linda Gadd and Heather Chambers (30-12).
A friendly with Isca was won 57-46 with a top rink of Ann Hillyear, Bob Mackintosh and George Kille 15-8.
On Wednesday the club entertained the Devon Vice Presidents Association who proved a little too strong for us.
The score at the end was 70-88 and our top rink was B Braund, Fred Dart, George Kille and David Evans.
