Honiton golfer's sixth hole in one

Honiton Senior Morgan Walters added to his tally of five holes in one during his golfing career with a sixth in the seniors' medal on Friday.

Honiton Senior Morgan Walters added to his tally of five holes in one during his golfing career with a sixth in the seniors' medal on Friday. Morgan, using a four iron off the white tee on the 121yd par three 2nd hole, was able to watch as his ball rolled down the green and into the hole for a one. Whilst the weather was good the scoring wasn't with only three players under 70.Medal winner with a very creditable net 68 was Vic Wood. This was all the better considering Vic does not have many shots to play with, being off ten. Other Div 1 scores: Mike Stroud 69, Robert Hammond 69, John Egerton 71 and John Dickinson 72. Div 2 scores: Don Leach 72, Brian Cumbers 72, Brian Hoepelman 73, Mike Peskin 73 and Peter Bates 74.
