The Tuesday Mixed competition at Honiton Golf Club was a 14-hole American Greensomes and 15 players braved the bitterly cold weather and heavy golfing conditions.

All the greens were in play and, despite the cold and wind, the sun did shine for a lot of the time. Lesley Oxenham and Paul Ritchie coped best with the difficult conditions, scoring 28 points over the 14 holes. Only just behind them were Linda Curtis and Mike Delaney who scored 27 points.
The Ladies Section kicked off 2022 with a challenging 3BBB (3 Ball Better Ball) golf competition. In first place with a great score of 57 were Sue Ritchie, Georgena Hope-Edwards and Sarah Loader.

In second place with a score of 50 were Lesley Oxenham, Katharine de Lacy and Hilda Hoepelman, and closely following in third place with a score of 49, were Elizabeth Wood, Maureen Lawrence and Janet Portlock. Well done to all those that took part.
