Indoors always commences with a ‘friendly’ match of the ladies versus the gents. An enjoyable afternoon, well it was for the ladies, who won 94 shots to 79, although the men did have one winning rink, that being the one of Garry Osborne, Ron Rogers, Dennis Hillyear and Barry Randall, 27-24. The ladies top rink, just, was Myra Singleton, Joan Mackintosh, Rita Barwick and Julie Grant.
