Honiton Ladies Lacemakers were on top form when they went to Crediton to play the Crediton Yellow team winning the match (54 - 21). Top Rink: T Lambert, H Chambers, A Dredge (30 - 9) and C Armitage, S Rolfe, D Morley (24 - 12)

The family team of Ann Dredge, Adam Dredge and T Dredge from Honiton won the Burma Star County Mixed Triples, Section 3 Final (22-14) against Seaton.

Madeira invited Honiton and four other clubs to enter a team of Ladies to play in the Pomeroy Trophy, which consisted of 21 ends played on a round robin basis against five teams from Madiera. Sidmouth won the match, beating Honiton by only one point. Playing for Honiton were Carol Armitage, Joan Mackintosh, Janet Sherwood and Yvonne Williams.

Belmont Bowling Club visited Honiton to play a Mixed Friend match, Belmont winning (41 - 34). Top Rink for Honiton: J Granger, J Mackintosh, G Osborne (23 – 6).

In the East of Exe League Ottery came to Honiton. On the Top Rink for Honiton one of the players had to withdraw from the match, continuing with three players, for this reason Honiton had to lose 25% of their score with the final score on that rink (19 - 14), overall score Honiton 60 to Ottery 73.

The next Mixed Friendly Match was against Axminster with Honiton winning (89 - 40). The Top rinks were: I Dennison, D Rolfe, A Dredge (28 - 4) and G Adlem, C Morfey, A Dredge (30 - 7).

Members of Tiverton Borough visited Honiton to play a Mixed Friendly Match, which proved to be very close with Honiton losing by only one point (50 - 51). Top rink: M Sheen, A Hillyear, C Morfey (25 - 2).

The Honiton Honeybees have played two matches in the Ladies Triples League. The first was away at Tiverton Borough, winning (27 - 15). The Top rink was J Granger, C Binmore, Y Rayner (18 - 5). The other match played was at home against Topsham with Honiton winning (28-23). Top rink: J Granger, A Hillyear, Y Rainer (16 - 9).
