With afternoon rain forecast the Honiton mixed competition was a team stableford, writes John Pawley.
Teams of four went out, with the best ladies and the best mans’ scores to count.
With a score of 82 points, the winners were Cherry and James Liell together with Sue and Paul Ritchie.
Second place, with 76 points went to Liz Wood, Rob Sexton, Lesley Farley and Max Pipe.
