A team of eight Honiton seniors took part in the Jurassic Challenge held at Lyme Regis, writes Ann Desmoulins.
The Honiton eight were part of 96 players from a dozen clubs taking part in a competition that was a four ball, better ball format with each pair having one score to count.
Honiton won the overall team prize with a combined score of 160 Stableford points and were awarded the Jurassic Challenge Trophy. The pair of Ron Graham and Dave Maggs won the prize for the best pair, with a superb score of 42.
