Honiton Stingrays returned to training in April, after a three-month break, following the latest Covid 19 restrictions. The club has continued to keep in contact throughout, with training sessions, talent competitions, baking competitions and even an AGM held by zoom.
Club members, with the pro-active support of parents and the Club committee, have again had to adapt to new pool times, new venues and new training protocols, which include individual temperature checks, entry and exit procedures and, of course, social distancing for every session.
Everyone within the club is excited and grateful, to get back to swimming and start the journey towards improving their swim fitness, swim technique and “PBs” .
The club swims regularly throughout the week and are actively looking to recruit new swimmers, from the age of 7 and above. For further information, please visit the club website: http://honitonswimclub.uk/fancy-swimming-join-the-club/
