Gracie Billing was lighting quick, earning positive comments from opposition coaches, and she was unlucky not get on the score sheet following an unfortunate knock on over the try line. Zac Lancaster happily stepped in at scrum half, a position he’s never played before and gave his all. Ollie Olliff came off the bench in the first half to put in a terrific display of skill, powerful running, solid tackles and great support work. Finley Burston, Alex Barback and Joe Gray put in an inspiring amount of effort producing some outstanding support and defensive play with break away runs coming from all three. Harry Smith, with only a few games under his belt, held his own with ease, completely unflustered by being thrown into a game with such aggressive opposition.

Coach Simon Lancaster said: “Week after week I find it extraordinary to see how these bunch of players develop as a whole at the rate they do. This is down to their effort and commitment – a solid team with a great attitude.”
