Avishayes 1, Honiton Town Terrors 11 Honiton Town Under-10s were in Sunday action playing their final game of the season against hosts Avishayes.

Honiton began well, passing the ball with confidence. Both Connor Harrison and Ben Lapping were at the heart of all the positive things.

After ten minuets of end-to-end action Ewan Evans opened the scoring. Lifted by the goal the team began to raise their game further and a brace from Dominic McCreadie was followed by a second from Evans whilst Zac Harrison also found the back of the home net. James Pring and Jacob Fisher came very close to scoring, but both were working hard and tackling well to deny the hosts few opportunities to get through to Harry Horn in the Honiton goal.

After the break Avishayes began brightly and this was met by some accomplished play from Louie Stamp and Jordan Harrison in defence. The home side did mange to net a goal before Honiton added further goals at the other end of the pitch!

Elliot Holdsworth netted a superb solo effort, Zac Harrison bagged a second, Jordan Harrison also netted whilst young McCreadie bagged three more to finish with a five-goal haul! The Man of the Match award was shared between five goal McCreadie and defender Louie Stamp.
