Honiton Tuesday Mixed contested a Treble Six competition, writes John Pawley.
The format was the first six holes played as a better ball, the next six as a greensomes and the final six as a foursomes.
Sue Williams and Ron Graham were victorious with an excellent 37 points, followed by Sarah Dawe and Bob Barnes with 34 points.
In third place, with 32 points, were Hilda Hoepelman and Laurie Tollemache.
The final prize was taken by Andrea Squire and John Northover on countback with a score of 30 points.
