The Honiton Tuesday Mixed was back in full swing last week with 26 players taking part in an American Foursomes, writes John Pawley.
It was a close call for the top spot with countback called into play to ultimately determine Sue Williams and Bob Underwood as winners.
Cherry Liell and Max Pipe were edged into second with both pairs scoring 33 points.
Third were Sue Ritchie and John Frith with 32 points, followed by Stephani Barnes and Phil Wall with 31 points.
