Honiton Under 13s enjoyed a fine win over local rivals Sidmouth.
In what was a hard-fought contest, Honiton deservedly came out on top.
There were solid performance all round from a well-drilled Honiton side, and what will give the team much confidence is that Sidmouth did not cross the Honiton whitewash once.
The Under-13 have also taken on a Welsh touring side in the early part of the new season.
In what was another close encounter, it was the touring side that ultimatley edged the match honours.
