The newly formed Seaton Women’s football team before their recent home match against Feniton. The team play in the Devon Women’s Football League Division 1 where matches are played on Sunday afternoons. The team are gradually becoming accustomed to the standard of league football but they are up against sides which, in most cases, have been established for several years. In the photograph the players are shown with their manager, Alan Potter, and four members of their sponsors, Seaton Phoenix- Bob Spalding, Barbara Dearden-Potter, Jim Knight and Sandra Porter.
