The Lyme Regis ladies have done it!, writes Paul Moffitt.
A spectacular 8-2 win against Broadstone ensured that they stay up in Division One with points to spare.
There were also a couple of friendlies played in the past week producing a win against Topsham, but a defeat away to Seaton.
A big ‘well done’, is due to the Lyme ladies who have played in the Edna Paisley league this season.
Usually languishing near the bottom in previous years, this year they finished a very creditable third.
A further well done, to the ladies who were the earlier runners-up to Poole Park in the Top Club competition.
