Lyme Regis bowlers launch new outdoor campaign

Lyme Regis bowlers launched a new outdoor campaign in some glorious sunshine, writes Paul Moffatt.

The club’s new president, Pat Cole, welcomed the mayor, Michaela Ellis, and her escort, Alan Ellis, to the club and invited her to deliver the first wood.

A friendly then took place between club members, all conducted in brilliant warm sunshine. After the action, supper was served in the clubhouse.
