The Lyme Regis ladies’ Stableford Division One was won by Jenny Scott with a steady round that earned her the best score of the day - 32 points, writes Richard Jackman.
Second place went to Jane Dixon (30) and Judith Page was third (29).
Division Two saw Kim Beauchamp maintain her good form to win with 31 points from Kathy Briggs, 30 and Jane Broom 27. A day later, Jenny Scott, Jane Dixon and Jane Broom continued their good form when they were joined by ladies’ captain Caroline Baker and Rosie Jackman and all five were part of the winning team that made home advantage tell in the 4-1 win against Axe Cliff in the Mail on Sunday competition.
The Junior Stableford saw the same three on the podium as the previous week, but this time in a different order as Dominic Beardwood won with 33 points from Alfie Crisp 32 points with Lewis Gibbons third on 27 points.
