The Lyme Regis ladies ‘four-clubs-and-a-putter’ competition, played over 15 holes, produced some very good scores, writes Richard Jackman.
Ladies captain Caroline Baker won Division One with 31 points finishing very well including a birdie on the last hole.
Diane Harris came a very creditable second with 30 points, finishing one ahead of third placed Rosie Jackman.
Division Two was won by Kim Beauchamp who produced the best score of the day, 33 points.
After a cautious start Kim’s last eight holes were excellent, scoring 22 points. In second place was Rosemary Dare with 28 points and third was Ronny Turner with 26.
