LYME BOWLS by Paul Moffitt

It's been another up-and-down week for the league teams. The best result goes to the ladies who again pocketed all 10 points against Alexandra Park. The best just got better! The men fared less well, their only pleasing result being from the championship side which managed to draw against Greenhill on their own patch, not easily done against the current league champions and the match went to the wire. The A team are close but not close enough, the B team meanwhile, it can only be hoped, are keeping their powder dry for an onslaught later on having, once again, been on the end of a drubbing. Results: Dorset Men's Championship League: Lyme 47, Greenhill 47.
