In the run up to Christmas Seaton Bowls Club ran a singles bowls competition, organised by Jeremy Allison, writes Linda Stone.
Players were divided into four divisions and each player had four games.
The event culminated on Saturday, December 21, with the semi-finals and finals. Following a really competitive week, much enjoyed by all, it was extremely well supported with a large turn out to watch the finals.
The eventual winner was Angie Mayhew who beat Sue Smith in the final.
The other semi-finalists were Maria Johnson and Lin Allison.
