Central City 1, Seaton Town 3 Seaton Town Under-12s were good value for all three points in their latest Exeter and District Youth League game.
Town took the lead via a slick counter-attack that ended with Reece McCabe slotting home.
McCabe doubled the Town lead when he fired home a cross from the impressive William Hellier.
The Exeter side halved the deficit with a tremendous strike that gave Town Alfie Tucker-Vincent no chance of stopping.
After the break the home side pressed, but got little joy out of a well-organised Town defence of Piers Alphonse, Ben Bush and Jamie Davey, whilst keeper Tucker-Vincent made some great saves.
The outcome of the contest was settled when Town put together a smart counter-attack that again saw McCabe use his pace to get clear of the last man before tucking the ball away to compete his hat-trick and seal a deserved success for his side.
