Honiton Town’s Mountbatten Park home is set to be a very busy place over the closing two months of the season.
A blank weekend because of the snow for the first Saturday math day in March means that, with just nine Saturday’s running from March 10 to, and including, the first Saturday in May, an awful lot of matches – 45 in total, still have to be played by the Town senior teams over a period of some eight weeks!
It’s the Mountbatten Park pitches that are set for some serious use !
Still to be played are no fewer than eight first team home games, 10 second team home games and 11 third team home games – a total of 29 matches between now and early May!
