The improved weather mean play was back onto tees and greens at last at Honiton and it certainly seemed to suit Jake Phillips, writes Andy Wagner.

He followed up last week’s three ball event with a win in his own right, taking the Division One honours with a glorious 44 points.

In second and third places were Alan Jackson and Dan Noar, both with 38 points.

Steve Bowyer Thornton led the way in Division Two with 40 points.

In second was Steve Charlton with 38 points whilst third place went to John Fleetwood with 37 points.
