There was a good turnout for the seniors Texas Scramble, played in dry weather from grass tees at Honiton, writes Andy Wagner.
The team of Alan Pollock, Larry Halliwell and Vic Wood made the most of the conditions and won with a net 62.7.
The runners-up had to play as a pair, but with an enhanced handicap allowance Keith Crane and Don Leach scored 64.25.
They were followed by Ken Beake, Bob Billyard and Jim Wallis.
The last prize went to Andy Sharland, Mike Ward and David Ive.
