Hot off the press is the news that a joint Wessex and Devon and Cornwall Area pony race training day will be held on December 6 and, if enough riders register, on Saturday, December 5.
Some of you went to the Northern Racing College run training day last year and reported back that it was well worth the trip to Bridgwater where it is held.
There will be a max of 20 riders/ponies per session, which will be either morning or afternoon. Jockeys helping with training are likely to include Olly McPhail.
