Honiton Under-15s edged out at Bridgwater

Honiton Under-15s were edged out in a close encounter at Bridgwater that the Somerset side won 15-10.

The hosts got off to the better and took the lead with an unconverted try.

This seemed to spur Honiton into life and some good play by the forwards led to Ed Clemo Crosby crossing to level the scores.

The hosts regained the lead just before half-time and, in the second period, it was end-to-end action, but Honiton couldn’t find a way through as Bridgwater’s defence held firm.
