Seaton, edged out at Abbotskerswell on matchday one of the new Tolchards Devon Cricket League, entertain Bideford in their first home game of the B Division campaign.

With Robbie Prior unavailable, the all-rounder is replaced in the starting XI by batsman Ed Hunt.

It will be a special day for the Cann family with Dad Brian and last Saturday’s top scorer, his son Josh, both playing in the same Seaton league XI in a home game for the first time.

Bideford also lost their first game of the season – beaten at home by Tavistock. After the game Bideford skipper Paul Heard said: “It was a poor start from us. We were off the pace but we will look to play harder at Seaton this Saturday. At the moment we are unchanged.”

Bideford are unchanged in terms of the XI who took to the pitch on match day one.
