With the Grizzly fast approaching (this year’s meeting is set for March 18), James Green is really coming into form, writes Dave Mutter.

As well as winning at Dalwood, he produced a personal best (PB) of 16:31 to win the Seaton Parkrun.

Luke Reed finished second in a time of 18:11 and Adam Hennessey of Honiton RC was third in 18:20.

Ellen Keast of Sidmouth RC was the first lady home, 14th in 22:33. We must also say a big well done, to James’s son Harvey! The 12-year-old is proving to be a ‘chip of the old block’ with his fifth placed finish in a new PB of 21:07.

Keith Agland was taking part in his 50th Parkrun and celebrated by finishing 30th in 24:33.

Elsewhere, Ragnhild Kordt Richards ran the two bays Tough Ten at Weston-super-Mare and finished in 1:29:38, sharing first FV55 and 255th overall.
