Following a two rink defeat to leaders Chardstock A the previous week, Seaton Over-60s B dropped to third place, having held second for most of the league programme. This week they won at home against Ottery B, winning by a large margin, 33-7, on one rink (E Backhouse, B Scull and DYardley), but narrowly losing on the other. Would the six points be enough to overtake Chagford? In the event it was, as Chagford lost away at Phear Park. Seaton B regained second place and won promotion for the second time in three years!
