The first Saturday of December saw the running of the second Seaton Saunter, writes Dave Mutter.

This is a 1.8-mile community Christmassy Saunter around Seaton as part of the Christmas Lights Festival.

This year there was a huge range of ages from tiny tots to somewhat older people all enjoying the atmosphere on what was a beautiful sunny morning.

Kay D’Albertanson and Paul Johns organised the event to perfection and everyone had a broad smile on their face, especially in the great warm up by Johanna Morgan, followed by the entertaining bellowing’s of the Seaton Town Crier.

All of it was made possible by the sponsors East Devon Sports Therapy, Frydays, the Shed steakhouse and amore Mediterranean restaurant.
