Seaton Town claimed a second win of the Fresha League top flight campaign as they won 2-0 at home to Budleigh Salterton to complete the double over the basement dwellers, writes SpursTom.

In what was a feisty Jurassic Coast battle between the section’s two bottom clubs, the match official issued a yellow card no fewer than five times!

Town claimed the points with a goal in each half. The first came when a free-kick was launched high into the Robins area and Mark Hancock knocked it home.

The second half proved to be much more competitive with Town the dominant team and it was no surprise when they doubled their lead with a goal from Jake Richards.

The win lifts Town out of the bottom two. On Saturday they host sixth placed Topsham Town.
