Seaton Town 8, Countess Wear Dynamoes 2 Seaton Town Under-12s moved smoothly into second place in the table with a powerful all-round show.
The die was cast for an emphatic triumph when Reece McCabe struck in the opening exchanges.
The lead was double via an own goal and McCabe bagged his second when he got on the end of a superb through-ball from William Hellier. A penalty saw the visitors get onto the score sheet, but straight from the restart Drew Aedo Smith rifled a long-range shot and there was still time before the break for McCabe to complete his hat-trick and send Town in with a 5-1 lead.
After the break Town up the Elizabeth Road slope, but they still managed to net three more, all counter-attack goals! Edward Kenworthy made it 6-1 before McCabe finished what he started with a quick-fire brace to finish with five in the game.
The visitors notched a late consolation to complete the scoring.
