Seaton Under-8s were unbeaten in matches with Cullompton Rangers and Bradninch in their latest Exeter and District Youth league outing, writes Alan Hale.
First up were Cullompton and an impressive team performance saw them run out 6-0 winners with two goals a piece for Henry Matthews, George Gait and Aaron Hale. Matthews was playing at the top his game and was a constant threat breaking from a midfield berth.
Next up were Bradninch and the game finished in a 2-2 draw. Seaton fell behind twice, but battled back to claim a share of the spoils. Leo Gribble and Gait got the goals, but Kieran Jaycock marked an impressive debut with some great composure and link-up play in midfield.
Max Neville also had a solid game, winning tackles and using the ball well.
The whole team are improving with every game and it’s great to see them enjoying their football.
