Seaton II are well clear of the field as final third of the league season begins
Seaton II hold a healthy 34 point lead at the top of the E Division East table after a 98 run home win over Halberton and Sampford Peverell II.
Rob Gibson top scored with 60 and Pete Lawson was going well on 35 when hamstring woe saw him retire hurt as Seaton closed on 172-6.
Lawson then picked up three wickets whilst Chris Aplin, Rob Gibson and 14-year-old Tim Mitchell, each picked up a brace of wickets as the Mid Devon side were bowled out for 76.
On Saturday Seaton travel to Exeter Civil Service.
