Axminster 2nds continue to sit in a D Division East promotion berth after a 53-run home victory over Kentisbeare II.
Batting first the Cloakham Lawn side closed on 256 thanks to a couple of outstanding individual contributions.
Skipper Sean Perry hit 70, but that was the supporting act to a century from Joel Seward.
Playing for the 2nds as he could not travel with it being the Axe Vale Festival, Seward stroked his way to three figures, finally out for 108.
Seward then claimed a brace, as did Perry, Giddling and Gadsden as the visitors were bowled out for 203.
