Riders please note - please read rule 76 and 77 and take note. Any rider who is the subject of a complaint from the starter in the Devon and Cornwall area ptp pony races will be deducted 10 championship points. This will be actioned from March 14 at the Dart Vale and Haldon Harriers point to point.
