Josie Gordon will be leaving the ranks of Devon and Cornwall pony racers after the finals and is off to the British Racing School at Newmarket in the autumn, having turned 16 during this season.
As a result Josie is selling her pony Whinney Widget, 12, who has been the most consistent 148 pony in the area this season. She says she is a great, snaffle mouthed hunting pony and loves cross country and showjumping and thinks she would be a great schoolmistress for someone wanting to start pony racing.
