The Axe Cliff ladies section played another of their stableford Winter League matches, this one over 15 holes, writes Pete Motson.
Some lovely blue skies enabled an eagle to land on the par four 16th hole giving Pauline Willis a score of 6 points which helped her accumulate 28 pts for first place.
In second, with a score of 24 points, was Margaret Kenchington while third place was bagged by the 23 point score of Anne Jarvis.
