Willow is making the grade
Willow Cosbolt-Grant recently gained selection for the Devon under-11 badminton squad. Willow attended a one-off coaching session run by the county junior coaches and was picked to attend weekly training with 11 other boys and girls.
Willow Cosbolt-Grant recently gained selection for the Devon under-11 badminton squad. Willow attended a one-off coaching session run by the county junior coaches and was picked to attend weekly training with 11 other boys and girls.
She has been playing at Honiton Junior Badminton Club for the past two years and this is excellent reward for her enthusiasm. Head coach Stephen Pritchard said: "Willow has always had talent as a badminton player and hopefully this recognition will give her the confidence to train hard and fulfil her potential.
"Jane Sharp does most of the under-11 coaching at our club and her balance of fun and technical input has had a good impact upon all of our young players."
