Teams of sixth form students from across the district got into the spirit of friendly competition during an event hosted by Honiton Community College.
More than 100 students from Honiton, Woodroffe School, Axe Valley, Exmouth and Clyst Vale Community Colleges, and The King’s School competed in badminton, netball and football tournaments.
Woodroffe School took first place in the mixed badminton and girls’ netball tournaments, while Exmouth Community College won the boys’ football.
A spokesman for Honiton Community College said: “We ran the event to allow our hard working sixth formers an opportunity for some friendly competition and a chance to network with students from other local schools. It was a particularly enjoyable afternoon as it was the warmest day of the year so far, and these opportunities are rare for students beyond year 11.”
