Yarcombe to finish in top three berth - just outside the promotion places.

Yarcombe will finish the season in third place in the Francis Clark Devon League, F Division.

Yarcombe are virtually assured of the tag ‘best of the rest’ in the F Division after they banked 18 points from a four wicket success at Newton St Cyres.

The home side closed on 131-8 with Matthew Barnacle taking 3-45 from 13 excellent overs and then Simon Durrant (30) and James Mitchum (21) led the visitors to a four wicket win.

Yarcombe complete their programme this Saturday with a visit to Newton St Cyres where just three points will secure them third sport in the table.
