Kids clamour to go to boot camp!

That's not a headline you see everyday, but it is true! Following the success of the first Confidance boot camp weekend a couple of weeks ago, there is already a waiting list for the next one.

You may ask, what would make children want to take part in a regime of exercise at 7 am, washing up after eating "healthy" meals and regular "dorm inspections", well I can tell you the secret.. Sara Perry!

Sara has been running Confidance, dance/theatrical training classes for children, for three years now and, with her mixture of personal professional talent, loving discipline and fun motivational techniques, she has gained the respect of all the children under her guidance.

After just a few weeks of her classes, shy, awkward children start to blossom into competent performers on stage in front of an audience and some find hidden talent beyond their own belief!

The whole weekend was packed with a full timetable of activities. The 20 children, aged from 10 to 15, worked very hard and were able to show off their own creativity in group projects.

The group is currently working on their new musical Lost in Musicals Two, which is being staged at Seaton Town Hall on Saturday, May 20. This is another original script from Sara and is a follow-up to the previous very successful show Lost in Musicals. Tickets are now available from The Hobby Shop in Seaton but are limited, so get yours now so you don't miss out on witnessing the wealth of young talent which is Confidance.
