Chance to perform in Charmouth

Marvellous Amateur Dramatics, or MAD, as it is otherwise known, is a brand new dramatic society, which is offering everyone from the area a chance to take part in all aspects of musical theatre, say its founders.

Maria Herbert and Bernie Fallon who are calling for people to get involved in the project and join them in their forthcoming show, which will debut in February 2010.

Plans are being finalised to host a series of workshops and open auditions during September, which will be held at the Youth Club Hall in Charmouth. Rehearsals should start in October and will run on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings.
