Comedian Alun Cochrane set for Honiton date - now postponed

Top comedian will be performing at The Beehive in Honiton on Saturday.

Award-winning comedian Alun Cochrane will bringing his latest show to Honiton at the beginning of March.

Under the title Alunish Cochranish, the comdian is returning to the stage with his grumpy-joyful, silly-serious stand-up, deploying jokes, ideas and (possibly) movement for the amusement of audiences around the country. The tour opened in Bradford in January, the tour will see Alun perform at thirty-two venues across the UK, including London’s Leicester Square Theatre on March 2.

Alun is a regular presenter on Absolute Radio’s Sony, ARIA and Radio Academy Award-winning The Frank Skinner Show, and his extensive TV and radio credits include Have I Got News For You (BBC One), Mock the Week (BBC Two), and Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled (Dave).

He has acted in shows including Coronation Street (ITV), Boomers (BBC One).

Alun has also written and starred in Alun Cochrane’s Fun House for BBC Radio 4, which saw him take listeners on a room by room stand-up tour of his house.

As well as completing several nationwide tours, Alun has taken eleven solo stand-up shows to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

He will be appearing at The Beehive, Honiton, on Saturday, March 3 at 8pm.
