There are plenty of event going on in the area and here are just a few.

The Friends of Honiton Library are holding a Christmas Fair at the library, on Wednesday, November 8, from 6pm to 8pm.

There will be craft, cake, and gift stalls.

Admission is free and there will be a free tea/coffee and a mince pie, for all.


Honiton Memory café’s Annual Big Quiz night is on Saturday, November 4, at 7.30pm, at the Mackarness Hall,Honiton.

It includes a hot supper including vegetarian option but take your own drinks .

There will be a Christian Aid coffee morning at St Paul’s Church, Honiton on Saturday, November 4, from 9.30am to noon.

There will be refreshments and a range of stalls, including books, cakes and a tombola.


There is something for everyone at the Craft Fair taking place at The Beehive, in Honiton, on Saturday, November 4, from 10am until 3pm. Entry is free.

Over 40 exhibitors will be on both floors of The Beehive displaying a wide variety of crafts by local exhibitors.


There will be a General Knowledge Quiz in aid of ZEM Carnival Club on Sunday, November 12, at 7pm.

It takes place at the Lordleaze Hotel, Chard.

£6 per team of four. Prizes, raffle.
