End of season treat for SeatonMusic

As the weather improves and the evenings draw out, so the 2009/2010 season of chamber concerts from SeatonMusic comes to an end. This has been an excellent season, with large audiences making their way to Seaton Town Hall each month to hear top quality professional chamber music.

The last concert in this series is on Thursday, May 6, at 8pm following the club's short Annual General Meeting, which starts, at 7.15 pm.

This month's featured performer is violinist Fenella Barton, who will present a programme of two violin sonatas by JS Bach and a new piece by American composer Philip Lasser.

Fenella Barton enjoys a dynamic career as both a soloist and chamber musician. As a soloist, she has performed in the Los Angeles Chamber Concert Series.

The concert will take place at Seaton Town Hall and tickets are priced at £10 (free if you are a student) and are available on the door or from Eve Gallery, Fore Street, Seaton, telephone (01297) 21482.
