THE Moscow Ballet is coming to the Exeter Corn Exchange this month with its production of Sleeping Beauty.

THE Moscow Ballet is coming to the Exeter Corn Exchange this month with its production of Sleeping Beauty.

Sleeping Beauty, a story lovingly repeated throughout generations is brought to life magnificently in this colourful spectacle featuring Tchaikovsky's sumptuous music and fairytale characters including a King, a Queen, good and evil fairies, a handsome prince and Princess Aurora - the Sleeping Beauty.

Formed in 1990 with dancers from the Bolshoi, Kirov and other leading theatres of former Soviet states, Moscow Ballet have continued the tradition of classical ballet that is undoubtedly the greatest success of Russian Theatre.

The performance takes place on Sunday, March 21.

Tickets cost: £20, £18.50 or £15.50 for under 16s, and are available from the venue by calling 01392 665866, Exeter Phoenix or from Exeter Tickets at the Visitor Information Centre in Dix's Field.
