A production of Young Marx will be broadcast live into Honiton next week by National Theatre Live.

Olivier award winning actor Rory Kinnear is Marx and Oliver Chris is Engels, in this new comedy written by Richard Bean and Clive Coleman.

Directed by Olivier and Tony award winning director Nicholas Hytner, Young Marx reunites the creative team behind the Broadway and West End hit comedy One Man, Two Guvnors.

This production by the Bridge Theatre will be broadcast live to cinemas across the UK and internationally from the new Bridge Theatre on Thursday December 7.

It’s 1850, and Europe’s most feared terrorist is hiding in Dean Street, Soho. Broke and restless the 32-year-old revolutionary is a frothing combination of intellectual brilliance, invective, satiric wit, and child-like emotional illiteracy.
